The Assistant Corporate Relationship Manager will be responsible for strengthening relationships with schools, tuition teachers, and local educators within the specified regions. This role involves generating and nurturing leads through various activities, conducting school visits and sessions, and managing CRM data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Building:
Strengthen school, tuition teacher, and local educator relationships.
2. Lead Generation:
Generate and target lead nurturing via various activities.
3. School Visits and Sessions:
Visit schools for annual events.
Get dates and conduct sessions in identified schools.
Invite and facilitate school visits to Inspiria Campus.
4. CRM Management:
Lead uploading and managing of log sheets and CRM.
5. Quota Achievement:
Meet and exceed quotas allocated for events from the hill region.
6. Merchandise Delivery:
Deliver merchandise to schools on a timely basis.
Requirements
Field experience of minimum 3 years.
Ability to travel within Darjeeling, Mirik, Sikkim, Nepal, Kurseong, Kalimpong, Gurubathan etc.
Ability to visit Schools for annual events.
Ability to conduct sessions in identified schools.
Ability to manage CRM and log sheets.
Ability to meet allocated quotas.
